
As part of their website redesign, we created a personalised homepage for NatWest. Much like Amazon or Netflix, customers can now see content that's tailored to them and their banking needs.

As part of their digital transformation, NatWest closed many branches and encouraged customers to do their banking online. This included applying for a mortgage. Our team redesigned the mortgage journey from the ground up and built custom-made tools, like the mortgage calculator.

As part of their global rebrand, OANDA relaunched six global websites. Working collaboratively with a cross-functional team and stakeholders, I did a full content audit, simplified complex trading concepts and optimised current copy. I also worked closely with translation, legal and compliance teams.
